  • Project goal: Increase the added value of Swiss fiber-rich sidesteams. The aim is to characterize these side streams based on their dietary fiber composition and combine them in a way that achieves different effects on the digestive system. The valorization of these sidestreams for human consumption is achieved through high-temperature, high-pressure, twin-screw wet extrusion.
